I am employed by the Clearfield Hospital, Clearfield, PA. I have worked there since 1992 and have seen a lot of changes over the years, some good, some bad but most for the good of the hospital, the employees and most of all the community.

I work for our Home Health Department and my job as an RN is to help our patients adjust to being at home after a hospital discharge or being diagnosed with an acute or chronic illness. Although the nursing staff does a lot of teaching, the patients also teach the nurses on many occasions. I love my job and wouldn't want to do anything else.  We Case Manage our patients, so we manage all aspects of the patients recovery.

I live in a small town in Central Pennsylvania, in the country, and there isn't much to do, so I spend a lot of time on the internet. I have 5 kids; ages 25 to 16, all girls except the youngest is a boy. Yes! It's been quite an interesting household for many years. Now that the kids are older and I have a little more time on my hands, (yeah, right!) running an online store was what I chose to do.
